My essential oils of preference are dōTERRA. I can’t say enough good things about them and how they have changed my life! I use them every day all around the house - - from diffusing different blends to help set a mood or ward off germs in the air, place a drop or two to enhance foods or beverages (a drop or two of grapefruit in my water helps me drink a lot more), even rubbing on my rescue dog when diluted with fractionated coconut oil helps calm her when stressed.
